Fact 2: some food give us energy like wheat, rice, suga, and chocolate.



Fact 1:Healthy food help us to be healthy and strong it give us energy to think, work, and play.


Fact 4: Some of the body building food like meat, fish, eggs, milk, cheese,  yogurt, and butter.


Fact 3: plants and animals our the two main source we get veggies and milk and egg.

OLympics

Sekope Kepu

 This morning a famous rugby player came to visit our school. Sekope Kepu is a famous rugby union player. He has 2 kids named Izzy and Isaiah. He plays with the Australia Wallabies, New zealand, England, France Club, and Waratahs.



 He is also tongan. Sekope Kepu was born in Australia and went to MayBury Street Glen Inne. Sekope kepu is 35 years old. Sekope Kepu training every day for the tournaments.



Sekope kepu Started rugby at Tamaki rugby football club under 7 years old. Sekope Kepu has a brother named Sione Kepu. And Sekope kepu has a wife.
